We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Refunds for non-prescription items will be considered in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
